FAQ

Our desktop app monitors your active windows and applications (not screen content) to determine which project you’re working on. It logs time entries automatically — you review and approve at the end of the day.

No. We never record your screen or capture screenshots. We only track app names and window titles to categorize your time. Your privacy is our priority.

Yes. You can add manual entries, edit existing ones, split or merge entries, and assign them to different projects at any time.

Absolutely. Billable hours flow directly into invoice creation. Select a time period and project, and Accordio generates an itemized invoice automatically.

Time tracking works on macOS via our menubar app, with Windows and Linux support coming soon. The web dashboard works on all platforms.
