Yes, forever. There's no monthly fee and no trial period. You can send invoices with your own bank details at zero cost. The 2.5% platform fee only applies when you use escrow or collect payments through Stripe in-app.

The platform fee (2.5% Starter, 1% Beta, 0% Legend) only applies to escrow and in-app payments processed through Stripe. If you send an invoice with your own bank details, there's no platform fee at all — on any plan.

On the Legend plan, Accordio takes zero commission on all payments — including escrow and in-app Stripe payments. The only fees are Stripe's standard processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢), which go directly to Stripe, not to us.

Only if you want to use escrow or collect in-app payments. You can always send invoices with your own bank details without Stripe. If you do connect Stripe, you get direct payouts, fraud protection, and support for 135+ currencies.

Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. No cancellation fees.

Yearly billing saves you the equivalent of 4 months compared to paying monthly. You're billed once per year upfront. If you cancel mid-year, you keep access until the end of your billing period.

Each message you send to the AI assistant counts toward your daily limit. That includes contract generation, proposal drafting, and general questions. Your limit resets every 24 hours.

Yes. Accordio's e-signatures comply with the ESIGN Act and eIDAS regulations. Every signature is timestamped and includes an audit trail with the signer's IP address and consent record.
