Funds land in your connected bank account, typically within 2–3 business days. Accordio also supports escrow payments through the built-in client portal.

Standard Stripe processing fees apply (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per card transaction) when you use Stripe, and go directly to Stripe, not us. Invoices with your own bank details are always free. Yes. Accordio uses Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, TLS encryption in transit, and AES-256 encryption at rest. All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

Never. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data in any way. Your business information is used solely to power Accordio features. Full details are in our privacy policy.

On Supabase infrastructure, hosted on AWS in the United States. Everything is encrypted at rest and in transit. We run regular backups and maintain disaster recovery procedures.

AI conversations are stored as part of your account so you can reference them later. They are encrypted and never used to train AI models. You can delete your conversation history at any time from settings.
