Yes. Clients receive a secure link to the built-in client portal to review, sign, and pay. No account or signup is required. Both parties automatically receive a signed PDF once complete.

Payments & Invoicing

Accordio uses Stripe Connect for secure payment processing. Clients pay via credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer directly from the invoice. Funds land in your connected bank account, typically within 2–3 business days. Accordio also supports escrow payments through the built-in client portal.

No platform fee. Accordio takes 0% commission from your payments. Standard Stripe processing fees apply (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per card transaction) when you use Stripe, and go directly to Stripe, not us. Invoices with your own bank details are always free. Legend is $39/month or $29/month billed yearly.

Yes. Create recurring invoices on any schedule: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or custom intervals. Accordio generates and sends them automatically, and follows up with payment reminders if a client is overdue.

When an invoice goes overdue, Accordio sends polite, professional reminder emails on a schedule you control. The AI can also send reminders through WhatsApp or Slack if you prefer. You customize the timing, frequency, and message.

The AI has full access to your Accordio data: contracts, clients, projects, invoices, time entries, and tasks. Every response is grounded in your actual numbers and history. It does not guess.

Yes. Through the built-in Slack bot and AGI Gateway, you can talk to your AI assistant from WhatsApp, Telegram, or Slack. Create invoices, check payment status, log time, get project updates — all from whatever messaging app you already use.

Each AI action costs credits. A chat message costs 10, sending an email costs 25, generating an invoice costs 50, and generating a contract costs 150. Legend includes 10,000 credits/month, enough for most solopreneurs. Your 14-day trial starts with 5,000 credits to explore.

For consequential actions — sending invoices, signing contracts, making payments — the AI always asks for your confirmation first. You stay in control of every decision. Accordio's design ensures the AI manages complexity while keeping you in the driver's seat.

Time Tracking

Start a timer from the web app or macOS menubar app, assign it to a project, and stop it when done. You can also log time manually. Accordio links entries to projects automatically and can generate invoices directly from your tracked hours.

Yes. The macOS menubar app lets you start and stop timers, switch projects, and log time without opening a browser. It stays out of your way until you need it.

Seamlessly. Select your time entries and Accordio generates an invoice in one click. It calculates the total based on your hourly rate, groups entries by project or date, and creates a professional invoice ready to send.

Yes. Each project can have its own hourly rate. When you generate invoices from tracked time, the correct rate is applied automatically to each project.

Accordio integrates with Google Workspace (Docs and Drive) for document syncing and import/export, Adobe Sign for e-signature workflows, Slack for team communication and bot access, Stripe for payments, Notion, Todoist, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Linear, GitHub, Figma, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Zoom. New integrations are added regularly.

Accordio syncs directly to Google Drive, allowing you to keep all your contracts, proposals, and invoices in one location alongside your other documents. You can import from and export to Google Docs as part of your existing workflow.

Yes. Accordio integrates with Google Workspace — including Google Docs and Google Drive — so it fits into your existing workflow. Documents can be synced, imported, and exported without leaving Accordio.

Yes. Accordio includes a Slack bot that streamlines communication and project management. You can receive payment notifications, send invoices, check project status, and interact with your AI assistant directly from Slack.

Most integrations connect in one click through OAuth. Once linked, data syncs automatically between Accordio and your tools. Tasks, deadlines, files, and notifications flow both ways without manual effort.

Accordio has a no-refund policy on subscription plans. We recommend using the 14-day free trial to fully evaluate Accordio before subscribing. If you have questions before purchasing, reach out to support@accordio.ai.

Yes. Export contracts, invoices, time entries, and client data at any time in PDF, CSV, or JSON format. Your data is yours — we will never hold it hostage.

Security & Privacy

Yes. Accordio uses Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, TLS encryption in transit, and AES-256 encryption at rest. All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

Never. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data in any way. Your business information is used solely to power Accordio features. Full details are in our privacy policy.

On Supabase infrastructure, hosted on AWS in the United States. Everything is encrypted at rest and in transit. We run regular backups and maintain disaster recovery procedures.

AI conversations are stored as part of your account so you can reference them later. They are encrypted and never used to train AI models. You can delete your conversation history at any time from settings.
